New Builds
We are pleased to have become a key consultant for a number of local and regional developers. Projects include apartment buildings and small/medium scale housing developments.

Conversions
Turning disused office space or light industrial buildings into mixed-use commercial and residential use has become a key part of our business. With some external remodelling, these buildings can have new life breathed into them and provide much-needed affordable housing often within town-centre locations.
